At The Insole Store, we want you to find the perfect fit for your comfort and support needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the insoles in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
