The top of the insoles are covered in fabric, which will help reduce foot friction, control odors, and wick away moisture & perspiration. The heel and forefoot of the insole features a 3mm thick layer of SpenCore foam, which will provide moderate pressure relief and some shock absorption, while the low-profile shape allows the insoles to fit in most shoes. The arch of the insole is made of a thick layer of SpenCore foam, approximately 15mm thick, which will provide flexible cushioned support under the arch of the foot.
